An update, looks like my mail found its way to their junk email for whatever reason... It is nice to know that they are looking into the matter at last. If anyone else requires support from Gimmedigi I suggest e-mailing them directly from the website and not from any email program. There is also an explanation for those who felt that their box was opened before they got it.

Regarding to your hatched Pleo RB, we totally understanding your frustration at the moment and our store aims to provide customers excellent shopping experience, all our stocks are brand new and we do not sell any refurbished items; for the arrival of stocks we check the existence of the product in the box and send to our customers but we don't turn the Pleo RB on to check the functionality of the product, in this stage we need to contact our supplier to investigate why the Pleo RB stocks have been hatched at the very beginning and all the cosmetics problems.
