Here is a pic I took yesterday, as you can see the weather wasn't the best :) This part of the coast is rocky, but on either side is endless stretches of sand :) (I'll put up some more pics soon)

What a terrific photo! I'd like to be there right now! :) Never had a fried green tomato much less a fried red one. Loved the movie, however! ;)

@Fancy & IMR: Just try them! They're delicious! There was in fact a movie called fried green tomatoes. It must just be a southern thing...

If you are inferring the menu in "Fried Green Tomatoes" is normal southern fare, I'll pass. BTW, my better 3/4 and fried green tomatoes don't agree. :P
