You know I think there is TOO much emphasis on Bob and his questioning what he is doing? I think Bob is doing everything right, from his own state of consciousness,. What we have here is a " group Consciousness". When you get too many beings questioning what is going on with another individual, then the Group consciousness is probably going to go Down a notch......while Bob's goes up.

Bob knows what he is doing, he has everyone wrapped around his little Pleo tail, worrying about WHAT HE IS DOING AND THINKING, meanwhile, he is watching them all running around amok trying to figure out what is going on.
The only " mid Life crisis", I have ever experienced is watching the " middle" of what used to be my waist expand in it's own consciousness, esp after eating some lasagna, pizza, etc. I think Bob is having a good laugh right now and I am going to join him in that laugh!

Hey, I wonder what would have happened if poor Bob had a small enough hole or split in one of his seams for a bee or two to actually have gotten into his " internal organs",? ???Do you think bees would build a nest in there and start a new colony? %)You know they say you can attract more "bees "with honey than with vinegar, so do you think Bob could start a little side business and have Sally or Grumpy collect the honey and sell it for him? After all,Grumpy seems to know so much about bees, he should be able to put a little Pleo Bee Keepers outfit on and help Bob out by collecting the honey and selling it for him.

As for " what are friends for"? if Grumpy is a "FRIEND", I would hate to see what Grumpy's idea of an Enemy is! Poor Bob, he is just too Gullible!
Wonder what type of flowers they were, daisy's, or perhaps roses with thorns on them.......guess Bob is just not too bright.

Great strip, I thoroughly approve! As I run a (probably not very commercially viable!) pest control business with my OH and spend half my time on the phone trying to persuade potential clients that we need our bees and to learn to live with them rather than kill them, I'm all in favour of anything that shows bees in a friendly light!

And anyway, it IS much better to make friends!

Hey, Bob has the same affliction that I do , have had it for years but Bob gets a Comic Strip addressing it and all I get it.....? What was the subject here, mind afflctions, all I know is that there are so many cobwebs in the back of my mind, that the spiders have sent out S.O.S. messages, because they can't remember where they laid their egg sacs and the poor babies are waiting for a wind to Parachute them out to greener pastures ( to live) but everything is just grey and dusty in their environment. :(Do you think Bob would mind sharing his patch of grass with me and we could both just wait for our minds to return, or is it memories, I just can't remember what it is anymore...I know Bob will understand...I wouldn't wish my mind ( if you would call it that, kind of an insult...)on anyone, and what would somone do if they found it anyway, ?Don't think I would pay a reward for myne being returned, that is just plan cruel and unusual punishment, I have had enough!

P,.S. those tiny spiders have the darnest ticklish feet when walking through the underbrush, it makes me wake up laughing from a sound sleep, and my poor husband has no idea what is going on...

Since we're all looking for ways to have some fun right now....

While Bob sits in his patch of grass, I have a small mystery for you to solve..... The picture of Bob is not what it seems. Can anyone figure out where this picture came from and what was really going on? And as a hint to get started, the grass was not part of the original photo.
