I have been pulling the battery out of mine around the 2.5-3hr mark (even though the LED light has still remained green during these times). The first full charge I gave Cato about 2.5hrs before I took it out (mostly because I had to leave) and then later in the evening I had him on for about another 2hrs before *I* was tired and wanted to go to bed so I pulled it out.
Around the 3.5hr range (of actual "alive" time) he stood up and started stretching one foot at a time (sometimes) or general "stretches" (similar to Elliott's). Then he started doing lots of sniffing and staying awake. A few times he crouched back down and dozed off and snored, but would shortly stand back up. Now he has been standing and just making lots of the "cutesy" noises and has been doing lots and lots of sniffing. He doesn't show any interest yet in the food and still has yet to take his first steps (I'm about 5 hours in of "alive" time now).
I've only heard sniffing, lots of the "cutesy" noises (I'm not sure how to describe them but you know what I mean), snoring, and lots of giggling. He pauses every now and then and as soon as I go to "check" on him, he makes a giggle noise and continues moving. I'd say per each charge, I probably hear about 5-7 giggles. I'm glad he's not a human doll or robot because it would scare me, but from a Blue Dino it's cute. Haha.
There's some slight "wear" on his back (pictures below) but I don't think it's anything to be concerned about. I have not left him in the sleep position when he's been off (only when hatching). And I have only applied a very small amount of Pledge and I put a little bit of it in a cloth first, then just wiped it on him. (I will follow what's in writing about doing it once a month just because in case something does happen, I'm following what the instructions have in writing - as I have no personal written communication with Innvo on the matter)
Anyway, below are some additional pictures:
The very slight wear and tear (I haven't been petting that excessively or hard, but my 2009 Pleo had similar spots, as long as it doesn't start "decaying," I'm not too concerned, just documenting):
